Condition: Used. Cleaned and Tested and in good working condition.
This is used so it may have some cosmetic wears and/or discoloration.
Controller’s thumb stick and C stick are tight (90% and up) and in good working condition.
Thumb-stick and/or C-stick parts may have been replaced with new ones (3rd party) if original ones are damaged.
Controllers may have a snapback whether it is OEM or 3rd party. We are not doing any snapback reduction mods for the controller and we don’t check if there is a snapback or not.
If you are looking for the controller with 100% OEM parts, we can guarantee that we use OEM part below color/model.

f you are having issues with joystick drifting or joystick not responding, Nintendo has a page about troubleshooting.
Some of things you want to try are,
1. Make sure your system is up to date (Be sure to restart it by holding down the power button for 3 seconds, then select “Power Options” – “Restart”.).
2. Make sure your game software is up to date
3. Unplug the controller and adapter from the dock and plug them back in (Connect the adapter directly to the dock).
4. Try using different port. If the issue will not come back using different port, the adapter could be faulty.
